If you email us or submit a bespoke project enquiry, we receive the details you provide. The project form asks for your name, email, organisation, project type, description, and timeline. A context link is optional. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information in the form. We use these details to review your idea and reply.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare, may process routine technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and security events, to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. We do not use advertising cookies for this site. The project form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile may process device and network information for that purpose.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the website, understand aggregate usage, respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations, and protect our rights. Project enquiries are delivered by our email service provider, Resend, to Bright Paradox. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep project enquiries and correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to consider the request, respond, and manage our relationship. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain it.
